Saganaki gets flamed to order, and a free air-conditioned shuttle runs from two off-site lots.
These are church festivals, held at the Greek Orthodox parish itself. Each has dance troupes on the floor and opens the sanctuary for tours. If you have never been, start with loukoumades, the fried dough puffs soaked in honey. Maitland and Tampa serve them hot. Orlando, Tampa Bay, Miami-Dade and New Orleans each have their own.
