The same hotels averaged $294 a night in February and $157 in September. Some festival weeks are the hardest in the year to book.
South Beach, Mid-Beach or downtown
The Elser, downtown, adds a $59 daily fee before tax, and in South Beach only the Ritz-Carlton charges more. Of the three areas, only downtown has real self-parking.
