Headliners play a waterfront main stage on the rebuilt Coachman Park green, with Clearwater Harbor on one side and the Memorial Causeway arcing overhead. Free side stages run under the causeway. Clearwater Jazz Holiday's four October days cover jazz, funk, blues and soul, and the nonprofit behind it funds music education. The Sunset Bluff is free and open daily, and it's one of two places where blankets up to six by eight feet and folding chairs are allowed. The other is the main green, where reserved and general admission seating is ticketed (free under 12 with an adult GA ticket holder). The Lower Plaza and Promenade Pier stages are free every day and standing room only. Gates open in the afternoon and headliners play into the night. Outside food, drink, coolers, tents and umbrellas aren't allowed, and the site is cashless. Downtown city garages are free on weekends except Lot 11 on Pierce Street. Jolley Trolley and PSTA stops are close by. Or come by water on the Clearwater Ferry, which stops near the park.

Parking

Lot 11 at 224 Pierce Street is closest and has charged $2 until 6 p.m. The Pinellas County garage at 310 Court Street has 498 spaces, and boaters can moor free for up to four hours.
