Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival
300 Cleveland St, Clearwater, FL 33757
About this happenin
Clearwater's Sea-Blues Festival turns Coachman Park into a waterfront blues stage, with five free acts a day and seafood boils served on the Intracoastal. The city has run it since 2007, pairing national touring names with Florida players on the main stage while local vendors work the green with crawfish, craft beer and wine. A share of premium ticket sales goes to the Homeless Empowerment Program. Know before you go: general admission is free and no ticket is required. Music starts at 2 p.m. each day and runs into the evening. Seating on the green is festival style, so bring a chair or a blanket; bags are allowed, and the park suits families. Captain's Krewe upgrades, around $75, add open seating in front of the main stage, a private lounge and bar, two drinks and a meal. The Garden Avenue Garage at 28 N Garden Ave is free all day on weekends, and Lot 11 on Pierce Street sits closest at $2.25 an hour.
