Church congregations and advocacy groups march beside decorated convertibles carrying drag performers in Orlando's Most Colorful Parade, more than 250 organizations and businesses in all. The route runs through downtown each October and empties into Lake Eola Park for Come Out With Pride. A volunteer-led nonprofit puts the festival on, and Orlando's Pride carries the memory of Pulse in a way few others do. Two stages in the park run local and touring acts from the afternoon into the evening, and vendors set up a marketplace around the lake. Fireworks over the water close the night. Admission to Lake Eola Park, at 512 East Washington Street, is free, with VIP tickets sold separately. Gates open at noon and the festival runs until 10 p.m.
