About

A 20-foot sculpture marks the door of the Morean Arts Center's Chihuly Collection, at 720 Central Ave in downtown St. Petersburg. Each room inside was designed for the glass it holds, among them the Persians, Ikebana, Niijima Floats and Tumbleweeds. Admission covers a live glassblowing demonstration at the Morean Glass Studio on 1st Avenue North. The studio is open only Wednesday through Sunday afternoons, so a Monday or Tuesday visit misses it.
