Atlantic Avenue runs east through downtown Delray Beach and ends at the public beach on A1A. Anchor Park, at 340 S. Ocean Blvd., has its own metered lot and picnic tables with grills. The steamship Inchulva sank in shallow water off the beach in 1903, and snorkelers and divers still swim out to the wreck.
