The Orlando Whiskey Festival fills the Orlando Science Center for one February evening, with close to 100 brands pouring among the exhibits and out on the terrace. Running since 2015, it spans single malt and blended Scotch, bourbon, rye and flavored whiskies, with specialty cocktails, cigars, food and music alongside. Know before you go: this is 21 and over, so leave the kids at home. General admission enters at 7:30 PM. VIP enters an hour earlier at 6:30 PM with a bonus pour at the door and access to the rare and limited releases. Every ticket includes a branded tasting glass you carry all night, so keep a hand free. Free parking is available on site, though space is limited. There is no strict dress code beyond shoes and a shirt. All sales are final, and a portion of proceeds goes to The Lovely Project.
