Lantern parade, thirty-plus vendors and Asian cultural performances on Avalon Lake Drive, the evening of September 26. The fifth Moon Over Avalon runs 4pm to 9pm and it's free; Asia Trend and Avalon Park moved it to a new stretch of road this year, so ignore any old Founder's Square directions. Sign the kids up for the lantern workshop first, eat your way down the market while there's still light, then stand still for the parade once the sun's down.
