Most days, the 1920s Craftsman bungalows of St. Petersburg's Historic Kenwood are private homes you see from the sidewalk. On BungalowFest Saturday some of the owners let ticket holders inside, and you go house to house on your own from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kenwood is also the city's Artist Enclave, and painters and makers turn up along the route. Check in at St. Petersburg High School on 5th Avenue North. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 on the day, and they cover refreshments and the Jolley Trolley, which loops the neighborhood all day.
