Live camels come to Old Town in Kissimmee for Día de los Reyes, and children can walk right up and feed them. On a Sunday in early January three men in embroidered velvet robes and jeweled crowns arrive with the camels and pose for photos by the hubcap Christmas tree on the pedestrian strip. It's the Orlando area's main Epiphany celebration, hosted by the Osceola Chamber and rooted in Osceola County's Puerto Rican community. Toys for children, Orlando Magic basketballs, hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones all go out free, the food while supplies last, and raffles for bicycles and tablets run through the morning. Live music plays down the walk while community booths fill the lot. It runs 10am to 2pm. Admission is free, and the chamber lists free parking. Arrive early if the camels and photos with the Kings are your reason for coming.
