Taste of Kissimmee turns Ruby Plaza at Kissimmee Lakefront Park into an open-air tasting room, with local restaurants and vendors serving dishes and drinks while live music plays by the lake. The City of Kissimmee runs it as a Friday evening event, and the pull is the range: cooking that reflects the mix of communities across Osceola County, alongside cultural performances and a main stage that keeps bands playing as the sun goes down over Lake Tohopekaliga.
