Roughly a hundred mahogany runabouts tie up along a third of a mile of Lake Dora waterfront at Wooton Park, and the 46th edition runs March 19 to 21 in Tavares. Ten dollars covers all three days and kids under 12 get in free, so make Saturday your day: that's when the Amphicars drive down the ramp and putter off across the lake. Walk the docks first thing, before the aisles fill in. Park free at the city garage and ride the Saturday shuttle in.
