Holiday Matsuri fills the Orange County Convention Center's West Concourse with three days of anime, cosplay and holiday tinsel every December in Orlando. Billed as Florida's largest anime convention, it runs voice actor panels, an Artist Alley of independent illustrators, a vendor hall stacked with merch and collectibles, idol performances at IdolFest, the Winter Cosplay Championship, and console and tabletop gaming rooms. Late-night and 18+ programming happens next door at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, connected to the convention center by an indoor walkway. Know before you go: badges come as full-weekend or single-day passes, priced in tiers that climb as December nears, so early buyers pay less. Everyone 6 and up needs a badge and children 5 and under enter free; a nursing and baby care room is available, though some programming is 18+. The West parking lot puts you closest to the action, and the I-RIDE Trolley stops at the convention center. Bring photo ID and your confirmation QR code for badge pickup, and peace-bond any prop weapons. Daily hours are posted closer to the event.
