The Hyundai Air & Sea Show puts military jets and parachute teams over South Beach every Memorial Day weekend. Watching from the sand costs nothing. Aircraft and personnel from all six branches of the U.S. military take part, and the Patriot Display Village along Ocean Drive lets you walk among the equipment between 11am and 6pm on both days. Saturday night turns to SaluteFest, a music stage that finishes with a drone show and fireworks. The ticketed Beach Club at show center is the paid hospitality option, and beach chairs and umbrellas are allowed inside it. The rules are strict. Coolers, glass, alcohol, outside food and drink, tents and drones stay home, and bags are subject to search at entry. Parking is the city's business, so the show sends drivers to the Park Me Miami Beach app for garage details.
