Twenty cultural villages go up in England Brothers Park, each one cooked and staffed by the Tampa Bay community it belongs to, so come hungry. SPIFFS has been running this since 1975 and the two stages don't sit still: Schuhplattler dancers, taiko drums, Irish step, a dragon dance, and a Parade of Nations that winds through the villages mid afternoon. Thursday and Friday run 9 to 2 for school groups, so Saturday March 6 is your day. Work the food booths in a loop instead of committing to the first line you see.
