About this happenin
One free Saturday every March, England Brothers Park hosts Country in the Park. It goes back more than three decades and is now the biggest date on Pinellas Park's calendar. Local performers and tribute acts play the bandshell stage before a touring headliner closes the night. A Suncoast Mustang Car Club show and a Chamber of Commerce trade show share the grounds with crafters and vendors, Six Gun Territory old west shows, racing pigs, pony rides and a police K9 demonstration. No ticket is needed. Coolers aren't allowed, though lawn chairs and blankets are fine on the grass, and leashed dogs are welcome. The day runs noon to 10 p.m., and accessible parking is on the north side of City Hall.
More in March: 12 other Tampa Bay events.
