Safety Harbor's Waterfront Park sits a few steps from Old Tampa Bay, and each February the Chamber sets up seafood vendors and artist tents there. Over two days, a Celebrity Chef Seafood Showcase shares the park with fine art and crafts from artists who travel in from across the country, and some painters work on site. There's a live art auction, and the crowd decides the People's Choice award. A Kids' Zone and interactive art activities run alongside the food. Free parking with shuttle service runs from Safety Harbor Middle School, which spares you the hunt for a space downtown. Saturday opens late morning or midday and runs into the evening; Sunday goes noon to late afternoon. General admission is always free, and dogs are welcome. A paid VIP Lounge adds stageside seating and a private restroom, with drinks and chef-prepared food. Folding chairs fill the lawn in front of the music stage, so bring one.
