Each day's pool party at GayDays has its own theme and runs until 4am, and cabanas can be rented by the block, from afternoon through late night. The five-day LGBTQ+ gathering of pool parties and drag shows happens each June in the Orlando area, run by Gay Days, Inc. out of a single host hotel that serves as headquarters. It started in 1991 as a one-day trip to the Magic Kingdom. Evenings add the Red Room parties, drag bingo, late-night trivia and the Miss GayDays and Mr. GayDays Leather contests, and there's an expo of LGBTQ+ vendors. Tickets are sold event by event, with passes covering either the pool parties and Red Room nights, or every event. A room at the host hotel includes pool party tickets and free parking. Rooms are booked through gaydays.com, which offers monthly payment plans. The host hotel can change from year to year, and gaydays.com posts each year's hotel and schedule.
