About this happenin

For three days the Los Angeles Convention Center fills with cosplayers, and the organiser bills the show as LA's largest comic and pop culture convention. More than 800 exhibitors spread across three exhibit halls, and the schedule runs past 200 panels. Film and TV casts take the Main Stage for the biggest panels, and actors sign autographs and pose for photo ops. In Artist Alley, comic writers and artists sell original art and prints. Akiba Station is the anime corner, with its own vendors and voice actors. The gaming hall runs demos and tournaments. Tickets are sold by the day or for the weekend, with VIP tiers above that, and kids 12 and under get in free.
