About this happenin
On a Saturday evening in late June, Trinity Pride Fest closes South Main Street in Fort Worth's Near Southside for a Pride festival that runs from 6 to 11 p.m. Trinity Pride Fort Worth, a nonprofit, produces it. Entry is free with an online registration. The night opens at 6 with Pride Partner locations and the Pride Market, and an opening march called Pride Comes to South Main follows a few minutes later. Music runs on four stages, and a drag pop-up at the South Main District Salon starts a new show every half hour. Bars, cafes and restaurants along the street take part, and food trucks park by Amphibian Stage. The family area at Gallery 440 has community story time and a rainbow glow party.
