Every late October, NBC 5, Telemundo 39 and Navarro Group put on a free Día de los Muertos parade and festival at Dallas City Hall Plaza, 1500 Marilla St, in downtown Dallas. It runs on a Saturday from late afternoon into the night. The plaza fills with live music, food concessions, arts and crafts, and vendor booths. The parade starts at 7 p.m., in costume and pageantry that follow the customs of the Mexican holiday.
