Greenville Avenue in Dallas is the route of the Dallas St. Patrick's Parade and Festival, held on a Saturday in March. The parade leaves Blackwell Street at 11 a.m. and reaches SMU Boulevard by 2 p.m. The festival runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Exhibitors and food trucks set up in lots along the avenue, from the Meadows Building to the Office Depot and CVS lots, with activities for all ages. Park Lane and Lovers Lane are the nearest DART stations, and the organisers ask people to take a train or a ride-hail. There is a 5K the organisers put on as well, the St. Paddy's Day Dash.
