About

The National Park of American Samoa is the only U.S. national park south of the equator, spread across three volcanic islands of tropical rainforest, sea cliffs, and coral reef. Snorkel the warm lagoon off Ofu Beach, where reefs shelter hundreds of fish and coral species, or hike Tutuila's Mount Alava trail above Pago Pago Harbor. A homestay program lets visitors stay with Samoan families and share in fa'a Samoa, the Samoan way of life.
