Ruskin Seafood Festival

Each November the Greater SouthShore Chamber of Commerce holds its signature weekend at E.G. Simmons Park, on the water in Ruskin. The food court has more than 20 food and drink vendors. Live bands play all day on the Bobby Howard Main Stage. Over on the Oceanville Family Stage, local school choirs and dance groups take turns. Admission and parking are free. It runs 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Arts and crafts vendors set up alongside the food, and kids get a zone of their own. The chamber also marks out sensory-friendly areas for anyone who needs a quieter spot.
