A Saturday pool party and a Sunday beach party anchor Winter Party, a long weekend of LGBTQ dance parties in Miami Beach. Proceeds go to the National LGBTQ Task Force, and the festival puts attendance at about 10,000 a year, with visitors from across the US and more than 35 other countries. The main events fall on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is the Pool Party at the National Hotel on Collins Avenue, the festival's host hotel in recent editions. Sunday is the Beach Party, a stage and fabric canopy built on the sand in South Beach. There is a party every night, and the festival runs into Monday. Everything is 21 and over. A Weekend Pass gets general entry to all five main events, and a VIP Pass skips the general admission line. Early passes cost less, and the price goes up once a batch sells out.
