Houston's official Pride is one long Saturday downtown in June: a festival at Houston City Hall by day, then a parade of lit-up floats through the streets after dark. The festival has a main stage for local and national acts, sets from Houston DJs, a marketplace of Houston makers and small businesses, food trucks, and booths where community groups offer health and advocacy resources. It takes a ticket. The parade is free. Pride Houston 365 produces both and counts nearly five decades of Pride in the city. The rest of the year it runs health and civic programs for Houston's LGBTQ+ community.
