From mid-November into early January, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden at 8525 Garland Road in Dallas turns into Holiday at the Arboretum. Guests walk through the Christmas Village, where Santa takes wishes and poses for photos, and see the historic DeGolyer House decorated for the season, with holiday music along the way. Daytime hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Holiday at Night runs 5 to 10 p.m. on its own ticket, and buying it online ahead costs less than paying at the gate.
