Saturday Morning Market
212 3rd St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
About this happenin
More than 140 farm stands, artisan booths and ready-to-eat stalls fill downtown St. Petersburg for one of Florida's longest-running weekly markets, going strong since 2002. This Saturday sits in the market's summer season, which runs at a temporary downtown church location on 3rd Street North while Williams Park is under construction. Expect family-owned produce, handmade crafts and cooked food representing more than 15 countries, from empanadas to fresh-pressed juice. Know before you go: admission is free. Summer hours run 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., a shorter window than the winter season to beat the midday heat. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome and common. It is easy to reach by the free SunRunner and downtown Looper if parking near the church runs tight.
